The 1970's


In 1974 and 1978 Orlyk and choir Homin very successfully toured the USA & Canada.

1975 – Festivals in Tarbes, France and Murcia, Spain.

1976 – Rochforte & Bayonne, France.

1977 – Royal Albert Hall, London

As a reward for their outstanding performance and their adherence to the true folk dance art, Orlyk has had the great privilege to perform before Her Highness Queen Elizabeth II, His Royal Highness Prince Philip Duke of Edinburgh and other members of the Royal Family.

In celebration of the Silver Anniversary to the Queen’s accession to the throne. Orlyk performed at many charitable functions throughout the UK during this momentous year.
